Poetry: Bleeding Snow
The Winter Peace
So Tranquil it is
Falling from the heavens above
A pure white cold
Snow… Winter is truly upon us
A blanket covers the scarred land
Perhaps its wounds would heal over the course of winter
Or perhaps, they will not
Only time would tell
The innocents who walk upon this snow covered land
Do not know, the history which was last
A blanket of innocence is spread
But the trees which see all, can not be hidden
The Virgin Snow, colored of pureset white falls from the heavens above
Its life so short, how could it know any bad from birth?
They cannot, untill it has been seen
Just as a small child, who knows no bad
An Ominous wind which travels through
It Carries a scent, only soldeirs would know
The Scent of blood, which paralyzes all thought
Forces instinct to take control
A innocent child, on a wounded land
Knows not its history, nor its background
The signs to look for, unknown
Wondering innocence,
Wonders to far…
The Virgin Snow, was corrupted
A tint of red, now mixed with white
Its life, just only begun, already tainted
Just as an innocent child, who has seen to much
Falling Snow, stained in Blood
Leaves its mark upon the innocent
Falling Snow, stained in Blood
Has lost its purity
Faliing Snow, stained in Blood
Leaves its mark…
Innocence is spared, but forever scarred
Innocence can longer close their eyes
For when innocence does
Bleeding Snow is what they see
Bleeding Snow is all they see
Bleeding Snow is what they shall never forget
Falling Snow, stained in Blood
Leavs its mark
Falling Snow, stained in Blood
No longer pure
Bleeding Snow, has stolen innocence

Snow which falls, tainted…
